  • What do I about the black mildew on my roof?

    Addressing black mildew on your roof is crucial for several reasons. The dark streaks are typically caused by gloeocapsa magma, a type of algae that thrives in damp, shaded areas. This algae can retain moisture against your roofing materials, potentially leading to shingle deterioration over time. It is the primary cause of dark staining on roof structures. If left untreated, it may result in leaks and structural damage to your roof as the constant moisture exposure deteriorates your shingles.

    Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While we don't maintain official weekend hours, we do offer services by appointment on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate the schedules of customers like you.
